How to Make a Video from Photos

How to Make a Video from Photos: Videos have become the most popular form of content. Customers are now looking forward to video content more than anything else. Therefore, as marketers, your job should be to develop more and more videos.

Videos are especially useful if you have a collection of images from a significant occasion, such as a wedding or a birthday party. It’s simple to put all the photos on a timeline, add titles and special effects, and put the whole thing to music with the correct software.

You can use tools like InVideo to make an impactful video. Using the proper editing tools, you can even convert pictures into editable text and create a video. Let’s have a look at how it’s done.

Ways To Make A Video From Pictures

1. Import all the pictures

Click ‘Open file,’ select a photo, and then ‘Open’ to import it. Finally, click the ‘+’ button to add it to your playlist. For each shot, repeat the process. You can delete photographs from the playlist by pressing the ‘-‘ button. Click the symbol with nine small squares to see all your imported photographs in the Playlist window.

Save your project now; InVideo is unlikely to crash, but you don’t want to waste time re-importing your photos if something goes wrong. Project files are saved in MLT format, which you can open and edit again at any time.

In today’s era, you can even convert images to video with a bit of aid from software. This is a fascinating way to bring together some pictures and then mold them into videos. Turning a collection of images into a video is one of the finest methods to make video content. Videos are more engaging and dynamic than photo slideshows, and they’re simple to share on YouTube or Facebook.

2. Add the pictures to the timeline

Select ‘Add video track’ from the menu button under ‘Timeline’ at the bottom of the InVideo window. On the timeline, drag a photo from your playlist. It will appear on screen for seconds by default, but you can adjust this by resizing it on the timeline by clicking and dragging—rep for each of the photographs you want to use in your video. You can put them in any sequence you like and keep them up for as long as you want.

InVideo will create small gaps between your photos, which will appear as brown patches on the timeline. Right-click on the gap and select ‘Remove.’ Use the playback controls and click ‘Project’ under the preview window to see how your video will look.

3. Make use of Filters and titles

You could like how your photographs seem now, but the correct filters can completely transform your footage. Click one of the photographs in the timeline and then click the ‘Filter’ button at the top of the window (it will cover the playlist, but don’t worry – it will still be there underneath). Also, have a look at new camera technology.

To see only the filters applied to images, click the ‘+’ icon to open the list of filters, then select the monitor icon to see only those that can be applied to images. Choose one (in this case, Old Film: Projector, which causes the image to hop about and flicker), and it will appear in a list with a variety of customisation options. Each filter will present you with a distinct set of possibilities. By clicking the ‘+’ symbol, you can add as many filters as you want, and by clicking the ‘-‘ icon, you may delete them. Click a different photo in the timeline to apply filters to it.

You’ll also discover choices to add text and 3D text. These are completely adjustable, and they’re great for making titles and subtitles.

4. Don’t forget to add music

The correct music will bring your photo film to life, but if you want to share it, make sure you’re not utilising music that doesn’t have the proper permission. YouTube’s Content ID system works to recognise copyrighted music automatically. If it discovers commercial songs in your project, it could result in your video being taken down or your account being blocked.

There are, however, certain places where you may obtain music that is both free and appropriate for your images. Bensound is one of the best sources, as it offers a wide variety of tunes in various genres. Ben only asks that you give him credit by including a link to his website in the description of your movie. You’ll need to purchase a licence if you don’t want to include credit or if you want to use Ben’s music professionally.

To add music to your video, click ‘Open file,’ choose the audio file, click ‘Open,’ then add it to your playlist by clicking the ‘+’ icon. Now, under ‘Timeline,’ click the menu button and pick ‘Add an audio track.’ Drag and drop the audio file onto the new track (you might need to resize the InVideo window to see it or use the scrollbar).

You can resize the audio track in the timeline, exactly like you did with your photos if it’s too long. To see how the music and photographs interact, use the playback buttons under the preview window.

5. Export the video

It’s time to export your video created from your images after you’re satisfied with it. We recommend saving the project file first if you need to make modifications or save it in a different format later.

After that, click the ‘Export’ button to view many possibilities. We recommend exporting your video in MP4 format, which will play on practically all platforms and allow you to share it on social media sites like Facebook and YouTube.

Scroll through the list until you come across MPEG-4. You’ll then have the opportunity to change resolution, aspect ratio, and frame rate, among other things. We recommend leaving the aspect ratio of YouTube’s video player alone, as it employs a 16:9 aspect ratio. Even if you’ve used motion filters, the normal frame rate of 24fps is acceptable for a video generated from pictures. A guide to resolutions and aspect ratios is available on YouTube.

Ensure mpeg4 is selected in the ‘Codec’ tab, then check that ‘Disable audio’ is not selected in the ‘Audio’ tab.

Select a location for the stored file by clicking ‘Export video.’ Give the file a filename that ends in.mp4. You may monitor the rendering process by clicking ‘Save.’ It may take some time to finish, but once it is, you will be able to view, upload, and share your movie with others.

Conclusion

With the help of InVideo, you can turn your pictures into a video very quickly. Just add some effects and music to make the video aesthetically pleasing. Also, this software has different templates where you can fit in the pictures and make a video.
